  • Deposit & Payments: A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and financing through approved lenders.

Australis Motors reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a transaction, or terminate access to our website or services at our discretion. This may occur in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

5. Warranty and Vehicle Condition

  • Used Vehicles: All used vehicles are sold “as-is,” unless otherwise stated. We thoroughly inspect all vehicles, and all warranties are specified in the sales contract. Extended warranties may be available for purchase.
  • Rental Vehicles: Rental vehicles are provided in safe and operable condition. Any issues should be reported immediately upon detection.

6. Limitation of Liability

Australis Motors is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including vehicle purchases. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages related to mechanical failure, loss of use, or legal fees, except as required by law.

    • Vehicles with a major fault that cannot be fixed within a reasonable timeframe may be eligible for a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we will provide a free repair within a reasonable period.
  2. Process for Returns/Refunds:

    • If you believe your vehicle or service is eligible for a return or refund due to a defect or failure, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and documentation of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and provide the appropriate remedy.
  3. Exclusions:

    • Our policy does not cover vehicles damaged due to misuse, accidents, or modifications made after purchase.
    • Wear and tear and other conditions not related to manufacturing defects are also excluded from returns and refunds.

11. Delivery and Title Transfer Terms

  1. Delivery of Vehicles:

    • Delivery Timeframe: Delivery times vary based on availability and location. After you complete your vehicle purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase and delivery information. Our delivery team will contact you to confirm your delivery details and provide an estimated delivery date. We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your vehicle. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
    • Delivery Charges: We offer free shipping for purchases delivered within Australia only. This policy applies to all eligible products purchased through our website or authorized sales channels. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside Australia. Customers requesting delivery to other international destinations will be responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, and applicable fees.
    • Delivery Location: Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for vehicle delivery. Our delivery team will work closely with you to coordinate a convenient delivery time and location. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. You will be provided with the contact information of your delivery driver, allowing for direct communication on the day of delivery. The delivery location must be accessible to our delivery vehicle. If there are any access restrictions or special instructions, please inform our team in advance. Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations. Customers will be notified of any additional fees before shipment.
    • Vehicle Inspection: Upon delivery, you are encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly to ensure it meets your expectations. Our delivery team will provide a checklist to assist with the inspection process. Any concerns or discrepancies should be reported immediately to our customer service team for resolution.
    • Insurance Coverage: Australis Motors provides insurance coverage for all vehicles during transit. This coverage protects against loss or damage that may occur during shipping. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please document the damage and notify our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping insurance provider.

  2. Title Transfer:

    • Transfer of Ownership: The transfer of vehicle ownership will be completed once full payment has been received and cleared. Ownership will be transferred to the customer upon the completion of all necessary paperwork and compliance with applicable state or territory regulations.
    • Documentation: We will provide the necessary documents required for title transfer, including but not limited to the Certificate of Title (or equivalent), proof of purchase, and any other required forms. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete and submit these documents to the relevant authorities to finalize the transfer of ownership.
    • Registration: The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their name with the relevant state or territory motor vehicle registration authority. We may assist with this process, but it remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure registration is completed promptly.
  3. Failure to Accept Delivery:

    • Failure to Collect: If the customer fails to accept delivery or collect the vehicle within 7 days of the agreed delivery date, we may charge a storage fee or consider the sale null and void, depending on the circumstances.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of our services or these Terms and Conditions, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter with Australis Motors amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled following the laws of New South Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
